Best Way to Recharge a 32650 Battery?

My i4 is not cutting it. Guess I will have to buy a separate charger for it.

I have been using a TrustFire TR-008. HKJ doesnt rave about it but has not let me down. It chargers to about 4.17 volts consistently. I have not used the USB port on it.

The Enova All-80 seems to be good especially when you are charging many 32650’s at the same time.
