Hi All,

As the topic says , i’m wondering if there is a better flashlight Kris Kringle gift than a SF-348

criteria

Upto around the $4-5US mark delivered
Must run on standard AA/AAA batteries to give to a normal person.
Look good as a gift.

I think the SF-348 fits the bill but i’m wondering if there’s something else out there that im missing.

any suggestions?

For me the best thing is a 10440 compatibility for this low price!

Better would be the BLF 348, but not in your stated price range.

True, they would have to be released in two or three weeks for >90% of them to reliably reach their destinations on time. I missed the last of the 3rd batch. Seems like people around the world will be given cool-white sf-348s this year

Better: one flashlight, one AAA low self discharge cell, and a LiitoKala 100 charger.

That’s more than a flashlight — it’s the beginning of an education, for only a few dollars more.

For subsequent holidays, you can give them last year’s flashlights as you replace them with newer ones.
