Temperature in a bike computer works as long as you are aware of the deviations in direct sunlight but that is mostly an issue when stationary, when riding it gets cooled down by the air and you get close to air temperature. I liked it in my Cateye Commuter, but it became unreliable so then switched to the Velo 7 which I bought as most bike computers are not worth their price in relation to functions they offer. I would not want a bike computer that needs charging every 20 hours, that would mean with moderate riding when commuting and/or using it to get around a city about 20 days for me, then I’d need to check too often if it needs charging, phones are already a hassle, don’t need another such device.
