Outside US … it’s under 22€, even with delivery. But Amazon counts the normal price plus shipping minus discount. So tax is added. As soon as the price is listed as 24.99 during the check-out lick-through process, it’s better to start over again.
It’s possible, during my first check-out it was w/o tax. But forgot to add something and I never saw the discount-price an ended up with added tax, even after removing the 2nd item.

Everything I look at, when I check prices elsewhere, DX has higher prices set — haven’t yet found something where the $10 off $30 is actually much of a deal. Suggestions welcome. Hurry!

EDIT — finally got the discount (use the field for “gift card” not “coupon”, my bad) to “ACCEPT” and had it show up in the shopping cart.
It told me that I would pay $20.12 for my $30.12 item, with the discount.
Paid for it.
And the invoice came back for the full price.
