I contacted Avast, and this was their response:

We have checked it at our virus laboratory.
We don’t see any malware detection. Please tell the user to update their antivirus database and engine; send us a screenshot of avast!’s alert window if the warnings keep on appearing after that.

My Avast is alway updated and current.

I am in contact with Avast and have been for a couple of days, but no solutions yet.

Although disconnecting the Avast web shield works, I also suspicion that it could be related to the ATT gateway, the NVG510.

I can also get through by using one of the invisible search engines, but then I can’t sign in.

On my iPhone it just doesn’t load until I refresh, then it works.

Hmmm, sorry, I’m not sure what to say. I thought it was functioning normally now. Sure you have normal connectivity on your iPhone?

Beginning this morning couldn’t access at all. Requests timed out before page could load. Worked for a bit this afternoon then quit again till now. Thanks for working on this SB, a thousand lights wouldn’t make up for the work you do here.

My pleasure, you guys are all very understanding when these issues pop up, I really do appreciate it.

The site was performing poorly until about 15:00 GMT today, at which point I took it completely offline to migrate it to another datacenter. We were back up at about 17:00 GMT, but performance was still bad, so I again took it offline for about a half hour to change servers again. This current one is working better for me. But some users still haven’t received the new IP address update (DNS hasn’t propagated to them yet) so some still can’t connect.

Yep, I’m in wifi now and it’s faster. Might have been my dodgy network

Tuesday from1pm EST to 10pm couldn’t get on forum at all, on both my home and work computers. Lately has been jumping back 2 pages when I hit back once, not always. Sometimes can’t get pages to load, have to try several times.
