This project is on idle for now, until I get my GT and short tube. We still need to figure out how to get a third battery carrier as well.
I did work on the design a little bit today. I think knurling is going to be out of the question but I’ll see what we can come up with.
I talked to Neal he said he would get back with me on selling the carrier for the batteries will let u know what he tells me
He sounded like it wouldn’t be a problem just think he needs to run it by lt
I was talking to Kawiboy1428 about adapting the single carrier SD75 battery tube to the GT in order to get built in charging and a power bank function. It would require an adapter as the threads are different.
Anyway, he said he might be able to get some parts from Lumintop.
Td1042k, maybe you can ask if he is able you get extra carriers.

I’d be interested as well, depending on price, and availability of battery carrier. If someone can find and post a link for the extra battery carrier, and the shorty tube, that would really go a long way, tours selling this idea. Too much leg work in finding and buying an extra carrier and tube will deter, people from buying this coupler.

I’m working with a local machinist to get a prototype made. Once I receive GT #2 I’ll be able to test with both short tube and double long tube.
