BLF logo?

Maybe stylised fonts like the convoys?

As a professional designer...let me offer this suggestion. Choose a symbol apart from trying to stylizing the font. Stylizing a font can be troublesome to find consensus.

There are quite a few flashlights out there that would look better without lettering. Or at least with more subdued lettering.

Edit: I was not referring to Dale’s playful rendering……………but then again…….

I can make a couple different logos depending on your ideas or liking. Suggestion/ideas/opinions are welcome.

This is the first design that came to my mind, notice the B has some resemblance with a flashlight bezel.

That was the original one, I think, but from which member, I do not know. I do know it has never gone over well, since everyone has an opinion of what they want. I think no logo at all would be better than the Mfg logos on everything.

A more “techy” version of the original BLF logo. Straight lines means a clearer finish when laser etched.

As OL said it’s hard to agree on a standard logo to be used in ALL groupbuys, but maybe with enough feedback we might come to something nice?

Type A is Streets Ahead of type B here

I like B so far, but it wont matter what takes the win, unless it is engraved and back-filled with glow-in-the-dark ink…. or UV fluorescent ink.

THEN it will TRULY be the BLF logo…… MWAHAHAHAHA

….not bad. nice anamatronic look to it. Needs four legs though.

Only etch the black parts, the rest ano-colored

If you know what you are looking for, it looks cool. If you don’t, it looks like two bored emoticons

On this type C, could you put a dollar sign where the lower right corner “stripe” is, to make it look like a “cut the dollar” stripe…

Sort of a “slash the cost” look?

A different logo, not to be used in flashlights, just a quick skecth.

I think it would make it look too busy, but we can surely have different logos for the website and the logo to be etched in the light. An example of this can be the Eagleeye logo, there are too many things going on in there and it looks confusing. The JAX logo is very simple, elegant and pleasing to the eyes, at least I see it that way.

Just and idea, and too busy is not what I was going for anyway… I like what you are producing. I am not much of a dream stuff up kind of person. I do well with modifying what is there, but originality is not my forte…… I say again; originality is not my forte…

I like your design on post #5. I wonder how it would look minus the flashlight outline but leave the light beams coming off of the “B”?

white on a white background, black on a black background, make any logo you like.

The raccoon nails it every time!
