A more serious suggestion would be to avoid the type of girly trinkets in your first post, and select something of a serious, appealing, and useful EDC nature like one of the miniature, key chain pry bars, or the Fenix whistle, or the tritium vial that someone mentioned.
Some people may even like just a BLF window sticker for the car.
Window Decal? for home or vehicle.

Good idea! With transparent background, to suit almost any flashlight.
I’d vote for something EDC useful, too, like a small bottle opener or one of those fancy keyrings that let you quickly unclip stuff from it.

bottle openner is a good idea.
It is a gas that is glow in the dark (due to being slightly radioactive) and is often encased in a glass tube to be attached to a keychain or a flashlight.
