remove the original,and replace it with the BLF label?
I think it's not easily sticking job, have to heat it, then it will shrink and wrap up the battery body.
Or maybe I can ask factory to make some BLF batteries?

I wholeheartedly agree! Although I am waiting for an Eneloopy, I’m sure many would love to own a BLF branded one (or similar battery tester).
Thanks to HKJ’s excellent battery rewrapping tutorial, many have replaced battery covers.
It’s quite easy.
Factory made BLF batteries would not be a good choice unless the cell is one that’s been proven and chosen by BLF. I wouldn’t want a crappy old recycled xfire in my BLF wrapper.

ask factory to customize wrap for 18650 protected.
some blank rolls for other types.
We use to hunt those down in Texas, they taste like chicken.
I’d be careful with batteries due to potential liability issues. Having the BLF logo on there might expose sb to potential lawsuits should some knucklehead abuse them. Not trying to rain on the parade…but…unfortunately we live in a litigious society.
Just the wrap is no problem.
I am really tempted.
