Is there a way to remove the UV glue so that I can replace the trits?
The new preon clip does fit the copper and ti tool. Just did an emitter swap for a customer on one and tested it on all of my tools.
Was it hard to mod the Preon?
Note : clips should be available next month.
Not really hard… just small. But, this fella sends me smaller to work on. Could not do one tiny neck light, led integrated into driver and was about 10mm.
Cool. Wasn’t sure if it was glued or not. I do aaa mods all the time. I’m planning on a new LED and driver.

Just realized my Ti Triple driver has some timing error. All the blinky modes are 3.5 times slower than they’re supposed to.
Hidden mode 5 (slower beacon) stays 8500 ms on low when it’s supposed to be 2450 ms. The 8 Hz strobe is more like 2 Hz strobe.
Any ideas?

Sounds like it might need to have its fuse values changed to increase the clock speed? That should be possible without modifying the actual firmware… Maybe something like this?
