Wow…site has been up and down for me several times this morn.
What gives?
I don't know and there seems to have been a mass banning of some sort. A bunch of posts are "Anonymous". See here for example.

Yeah, I've gotten it 6 times today. :'( I was so much more productive. :P
Yep, same here - up and down, max user's connection limit, etc. . . etc . . .

+1 Since 4.00pm GMT I’ve been getting the drupal screen & max connections message.
I've been getting it the past 15 minutes, must have been getting lots of traffic today.

Yesterday I got the “max_connections from sbdm3377” message for half an hour.
