Hi Zach. Dchomak built a couple nice light bars for his lawn mower. Post 31 of this thread shows the finished (or close to finished) bars. The one using 4 P60 type flashlight heads is similar to what you are working with. Maybe there are some ideas you can borrow from those builds.
