Budget Chinese sites. Top three and bottom three. Vote.

Good side FastTech.com bangood and I was prettu happy with outdoor gear.com o ly two transaction but Alan from there sent all 3 lights via dhl at no extra charge .Only time will tell with him

Bad dino,dx and just Imo gear best caught selling knockoffs and stiff they are not authorized to .

My top 3 in no particular order:
Fasttech.com
Fasttech.com
And finally Fasttech.com, they are all pretty much first place for me, very close.

Bottom 3, again in no particular order:

Gearbest.com
Everbuying.com

Fasttech always treats me like a Rock Star when I put “BLF member, potential review item/s” in the notes section at the end of checkout….

After rising problems with shipping batteries and strange super slow shipping methods for knives from Fasttech almost stoped buying from them. So Banggood, Gearbest and a little TinyDeal for now. Also Buyincoins can be taken in consideration, but only for cheap simple products.

Mostly been using AliExpress and BangGood. I have bought from GearBest in the past and used DX a fair bit before. DX doesn’t seem to have anything interesting anymore.
I am currently waiting for a couple of items from BG and another from FastTech.

I do agree with Old-Lumens that the result (of your buying experience) hinges a lot on the seller.

The bad: Fasttech used to be my number one pick, but the last 3 orders have gone from ships next day to ships in 4 days to ships in one day to ships in 20 days and back again… cancel slow items and others mysteriously move to “restocking”.

The good: Gearbest has had my last couple orders shipped out on or before the listed time, and shipping has been fast, like 5 days fast. Sure I’m really close but my fasttech orders (used to arrive within 10 days or so) manage to take 6 weeks.

On a related note, I’ll be picking up “Poorly Made in China” for some reading on quality fade.

Regarding shipping times…

Ebay sellers have generally provided the fastest shipping for me, whether they’re located domestically or in China, because there is significant, quantifiable and immediate incentive to get things to customers as fast as possible. This is a world where a seller score of under 97% will sink you. There is no universal numeric measuring stick that the chinese sites are subject to, unfortunately. A reliable eBay seller is as good as gold though.

Also, ebay/paypal offer a few 25% off deals throughout the year ($15 off $60 most recently, which I used @ Manker’s ebay store which had the same prices as their website) which are awesome if you catch the email alert in time.

Presently Gearbest is the best for me, it has improved a lot, good pricing and fast shipping plus delivery (or am i the lucky one!)
Fasttech good Customer service, pricing is not competitive.
Banggood so far ok.
DX, given up hope on them long time ago.
Dino Direct, pure cheats!!! horrible!!! terrible!!!

I have that book, as an ebook, it is only a few MB download, if you or anyone else wants it let me know, an I can email it to you.

Banggood, DX.

Fasttech has been the worst. 3 fakes in a row from Fasttech, and as of Fri, 21 Oct 2016 the coupon code BLF is no longer active according to Customer Advocate Muriel.

penguins dont fly :stuck_out_tongue:

Just stirring you up

Thanks! I happen to have it at the library right by me, so I don’t need the ebook, but the offer is appreciated
