It is one marked AF7V, what is this?

looks to be a fet (could be wrong)
One leg is + coming from cells. Second leg is Vin on circuit. Third leg goes to IC1.
Seems that it was switching power from cells to rest of the circuit.

hmm that doesnt come up on any smd code lists.
might be a mosfet but the ic designation doesnt fit.
It was a mosfet. Already replaced, torch is working.
