I was just hoping/thinking that there was something out there that would give more than 350/380ma in the same simple circuit that we use with both 7135’s and FETs. I guess I was dreaming too much.
Supposedly there is a 1A version but it’s a much larger package TO-252 I think so no real benefit and I’ve never found one in the wild.
