Not the best light but quite good for the money. Of course it depends what you actualy want from the light. There are some dual led light with low and high beam, etc.... You might read some reviews to get an idea (HD-016 for example)
Mostly they are all powered with 8.4V Li-Ion battery packs. Again it depends what run time do you need. More runtime, more money. Cheapo ones are very likely low capacity and won't last long so it is better to spend more money on the battery than on light head itself.
