I think for 26650 sleeve can use 1” pvc pipe.
Depend on the pipe, OD normally 32.1 - 32.8 mm, ID 26.3 - 27.3mm. If inner not fit, sand it a bit, if too loose use o-ring.
Or bring the battery and try to fit it on hardware store :shy:
Can wrap your 26650 battery with electrical tape and/or O-Ring too, just to make it not loose.

One question here:
Original gift box can't hold BLF SD10,due to the extra 18650 sleeve.
Solution:We can place the sleeve in the flashlight, and un-assemble the AA carrier.
Can all of you do the assemble job? just a cross screwdriver is needed.
As long as it can’t be assembled wrong there shouldn’t be any problem.
I’m good with that. It’s better than having it crushed in shipping. I’m sure you’ll post a pic of an assembled one for those who are screwdriver challenged.
