I really love the new green T3, but I think using a standard 16mm MCPCB would make it much more appealing to me so I could use other emitters, like the SFT40 and TIR optics.

What kind of TIRs can I fit in a T5 exactly? I built my girlfriend a Lumintop EDC15 with 519A and 15° Yajiamei beaded TIR (15x10 mm) a few days ago, and the beam profile is gorgeous. I hoped to recreate a similar beam shape/profile with the B35AM and the T5…

B35AM needs a boost driver, i dont have a suitable driver for T5,yet

No, that one won’t work with the B35AM.
I used this one with my B35AM S2+.

I’m also using the logistics service provided by 4PX, and for South American countries, the shipping costs are usually higher than other countries, I will set up the relevant shipping channels on my personal website.

I have a 5A buck driver in my T5 and I’ve seen others put one in a T3. I’m pretty sure I even remember seeing someone who put an 8A buck in their T3.

I figured as much. I guess I’ll sand down a 16mm mcpcb. I’ve already tried the 17mm 6V 2A driver and fits after a little filing of the retaining ring.

I recently made my first purchase from Simon’s new webstore. A grey s21b with sft40 and 8 amp driver. It’s on its way to me here in NYC.

I had asked him to upgrade to the 8 amp driver and he not only accommodated me but made it a permanent change to the spec for all customers.
