Definitely 21700, I don’t even own any 18650 flashlights or batteries. I prefer the long runtime and don’t mind the extra weight.

According to the item description of the S12 host, the reflector is 28.6mm diameter by 11.1mm height.
will you find suitable TIR lens for S12?

What flashlights can fit this driver? 
It’s 17mm so it should fit(unless it’s taller than it appears) S2/S2+/S3/S6/S8/S15/C8/C8+
Edit: With an adapter any 20mm or 22mm mechanical switch host should also work.
