I think in this context it means “HELLO”. 
It is a typo, from the XP-L HI (High Intensity) that the newer versions use.
The typical CRI for neutral white XM-L2s is 75.

Btw I really recommend the Biscotti driver. Much better modes and no annoying blink each time I switch it on or change mode.
You can dissasembly blink mods on classic Convoy NANJG as well. Turn the light on LOW mode, wait for one blink, then turn off (or slightly push). New Biscotti driver is really better, but do not forgot this option for NANJG.

The new color is nice, the problem with grey is the flashlight gets “lost”
