I placed an order on the 4th and mine says the same thing. Same for my last order.

Is this a new development? Pretty much every order I’ve placed in the last year requires 4-5 days before logistics picks it up.

My last several orders were like this.
The logistics have changed.

For me, it seems that what changed is not the origin carrier, but the last mile. My last couple orders had ACI Logistix (which has quite a history of missing/stolen packages and multi-month delays), and took a month to arrive.

Then Simon should at least correct the shipping time on his website. Not that customers believe the information and base their expectations on the delivery time…

I’m curious to hear about the average wait times for other folks. I think Simon should probably change the “5-9 days” estimate for US shipping times on his site, to avoid people becoming anxious when the package does not arrive in the time frame.

Simon responded by sharing a log of packages where the vast majority did arrive within this timeframe, as claimed. Sometimes I guess we just get extraordinarily unlucky.
