I'm not sure what those lenses will fit and it appears they dont have the 58 or 57mm lenses in stock anymore. I may have a couple of stock lenses but I'm in Australia. Shipping would probably cost a fair bit?
well, I just ordered a couple of the 55mm ones… the aperture looks like 52mm… the o-ring will be too big now … probably will run a small bead of silicone RTV around to seal it in … press it in when it’s halfway set… hopefully will work … ?

Yes, i live in Germany and i think it would be at least $10 just for shipping… 
Given your situation, I would recommend cutting your own lenses from what ever glass you have laying around. It is cheap and easy. This is the one I use. Just wish I could find a source for good budget AR coated glass.
