I got and explanations for the back ordered cells

All affected orders were placed in the US and did not have phone number. but the shipping company requires it.

when cs contacted them and got the info stock was gone..

they will be sent as soon as the new stock arrives

Can you ask them for Turkey? I tried but got a copy paste answer. If you have a proper contact it may help. I am not in a hurry and want to participate in this group buy if possible.
