Disappointed with Wallbuys Christmas sale..

After you get the Q number (WB’s order number) you have to click on order tracking, plug in your paypal email, then Q number, and that will give you an update including the tracking number. You can then use that tracking number on 17track or usps to find out where your package might be…I say might…cause there seems to be some delay in information on Chinese shipments.

i tried that too…it still says the packages is in HK… but DHL reps says other wise, they said they never receive the package to be ship… only electronic shipping info :Sp

Thanks, I tried that it all I get is order shipped on 1/1/2013 and then on the right Tracking number says. “NOTRACKNUMBER”

What a pain in the rear end. Should I just e-mail them now or what? If they haven’t shipped, I would prefer to get my money back.

Well they wrote back right away after I e-mailed them just a minute ago.

So it’s the waiting game I guess.

Well I better receive my order soon. I’m not happy with Wallbuys at all. Terrible service I think.

I remember that $15 min for tracking. I wouldn’t worry about it too much…my order came in today that was originally ordered on Dec. 20th…takes awhile from China. Seems there are hiccups on a few orders, but those that have received their items seem generally pleased with them.

The important thing is that the orders are rolling in.

As more and more orders are now getting into people’s hands, I’m starting to feel much better than 16 days ago, when we weren’t sure if this was even a real company, or some sort of Christmas scam.

I’m breathing much easier as the reports of delivery start getting posted.

well… i just got another email from cherry that says… the logistic don’t know what to do with my package that’s why it’s still stays in HK…
ehem, what do you meant the logistic company doesn’t know what to do with my package.
they’re LOGISTICS company for *sake, they do the same thing everyday… shipping…
now she said, if the package doesn’t leave HK in 2 days they will refund my purchases…

hmm… why is that i got the feeling they will refund my purchases and all these promotion is just a hoax to boost their name?
i was wondering if those people who got their packages already… did they bought big item( expensive lights)?
or they only purchased less than $50?

anybody else ordered over $200+ and got their stuffs?

This might explain DHL having trouble getting the items out of Hong Kong.
I have been waiting for this torch for over a month and now DHL is holding it hostage.
Things are changing over there when it comes to shipping certain brand name items, it would seem.
Time will tell, hope you get your items, mine are somewhere circling the globe on the slow plane from China, but I have faith.

i don’t think you understand, it’s not the refund that bother me, i paid with paypal so i’m protected regardless.
but you guys never have the right answer and giving us different answers everytime we asked you about shipping,and you wonder why we’re worry? especially after 2 weeks and we’re still have no confirmations regarding our packages?
if you don’t know where the packages is right now… how can you stay in business in the future?
nobody would like to buy stuffs and not knowing when they will receive the goods…
we know you don’t have any control after the packages leaves the warehouse and it’s in the hands of the shipping company.
but at least you guys should know exactly when the package leaves the warehouse.
any other company knows exactly when they shipped the goods, so why can’t you?

we never say we didn’t appreciate the 50% sale,it was really great to some of us who’s lucky enough to be able to place the orders… ( even though the website crashed so many times)
but you need to improve post sale also, it’s seems like there’s only 1 person handling all the customer service.
it is actually very simple… we pay for the orders… you pack the orders , ship the good and then give us tracking number.
but not the other way around, why give us tracking #… and then we can’t track it?
and when we ask you where the package is… you guys have no idea.
how frustrating is that?

i don’t understand how wallbuys operate… are you guys reseller or are you a wholesale company?
if you’re reseller and use drop shipping… that’s probably why you didn’t know where the packages is…
but if you have your own warehouse, then you should know where everything is, who gets what, when the orders is packed and knows exactly when the packages leaves the warehouse.

i don’t know if you’re just starting a new company or you’ve been in business for sometimes now…
but one thing for sure… if these minor inconveniences is not being address, you will lose customers real fast.
it’s very simple… if we’re happy, we’ll come back and buy again in the future.
but if we’re not happy with the buying experience… we’ll stop buying from Wallbuys and buy from other companies instead.

maybe you guys could learn a thing or two from them on how to run a good company.

Sounds fair to me. They are losing money on the sale but are still trying to make it right.

just correct the problem please…
