For lanyards out of un-gutted 550 Paracord I often use M6 stainless steel nuts, half nuts and washers, the size is perfect and if you get the reluctant piece then you can literally screw it! Gutted 550 Paracord M5 or M4 is a good fit.
Hello! Im new here and am interested in paracord locks. I am from Malaysia, but i cant seem to find a paracord lock manufacturer that I can talk to. I hope you guys can help me understand the basic mechanism of the paracord lock or know anybody who can help me make paracord locks with a new design. And what type of plastic is durable and can be used to make paracord locks.

Did you get here from Google? My best advice to you for finding what you need to is have a daughter. When they reach about 6 or 7 years old you will get into beads, jewelry, duct tape, and eventually paracord. Any questions you have regarding knots, braids, and locks she will be able to answer.
