That sounds like an internal short. Recycling it is the correct response, as an internally-shorted battery can be dangerous. The most common cause of this is over-discharge.

I know it’s a little past 2 months I have some life things going on that kept me from BLF. But I will check the voltage and discharge the 3 batteries I put in storage for this test tonight. Have batteries on the charger now. When they finish up in a couple hours or so I’ll discharge these batteries.
That’s cool, I’ll add them to the table in post 27 later.

These batteries all fairly new. The 20r was basically brand new the 25 r had maybe 20 cycles.
Hg2 under 50 I believe.
The Samsung’s dropped about. .4 volt at almost 3 months which is good in my opinion. The hg2 didn’t drop much which surprised me some.
I have the data for the batteries I tested just keep forgetting to post them when I’m able to…
Ok. Finally posting. 2month test. All batteries are new. When I receive them I charge them discharge and then charge to 3.8v for storage. All tests done on skyrc 3000
I have been suspicious of my 30q batteries for a while. I believe I’ve been getting bad/fake batteries off and on over the past two years
