it`s a Smart charger

can charge individual cells, so you don`t need to charge in pairs.

fast charging for 1-2cells is 2.5hours for eneloop PRO and 2 hours for eneloop Standard.

charging 3-4 cells is 5 hours for eneloop PRO and 4 hours for eneloop Standard.
