I suppose I should put in a good word for the Byrd Cara Cara 2 in FRN. It’s about the largest budget Spyderco folder, comparable in size to the Navy K631 or Enlan EL01. It’s a bit more expensive (about $10-15) but you know you’re getting a good heat treatment on the 8Cr13MoV.
If you want something smaller then there’s the Meadowlark 2 FRN.
Sanrenmu make the Chinese Spyderco knives, so it’s likely that the Sanrenmu knives benefit from the shared information on heat treating, much like their work with Benchmade gave them access to the axis lock.
