Ordered Nitecore Tiny Monster TM11 V 1.12-1111 - What protected 18650 fit?

Newbie here!! I have had many $50 Coast flashlights and mag lights…. Finely getting a real flashlight!! Order Nitecore Tiny Monster TM11 V 1.12-1111 from Gunsafari.com and ordered Panasonic NCR18650A batteries (non-protected, i think) from Orbtronic.com. Will these batteries work with this flash light? Manual said no to non-protected. Batteries: 18650 3100mAh Panasonic Industrial Li-ion Battery Cell NCR18650A If not, what should I order. Flashlight has shipped and on it way…. Please advise…
