Got it sorted out. Dora answered, made a new order & placed it on hold and opened a :facepalm: ticket to claim for it to be linked to my previous order reshipment.
I do not doubt FastTech works, but they've gone somewhat downhill in the last years. Facts:
- Unreliable website item stock marker (Fasttech in stock "maybe", Anyone have problems with FastTech restocking when they show instock?).
- Overall snail-paced, their customer service requires improvement imho (related: “SlowTech” BLF forum search). Look at the amount of time this little quarreling has taken.
- Tight-fisted attitude: they used to split orders to improve speed (or so they say), asking customers to pay for their mistakes and unwillingness to spend on customer satisfaction when problems arise (see my case).
