Checking in- I obviously have been tracking my stuff, and I was wrong- my (2) e07x have not shipped. The email I had received was just the order confirmation. But I received those emails the same day or two I got two shipment notifications for the other 2 lights I ordered, so I just got excited and confused apparently.
So I’ve been meaning to come back on here and tell you, in case you were wondering why yours hadn’t shipped and mine did. My have not shipped yet either.
I haven’t read or heard anything except for the sales page that says shipping between April 1-5th. I also hav never placed orders with FireFlies before this. I know my e12r and rot66 which are still in route shipped pretty much two days after I ordered them, which is the same speed as Hank.
i placed a couple orders around 3/15, shipped 3/20, and the tracking isn’t updated either. But mine are tracking info for USPS, so i am assuming that it is going to be like how BG is now - no tracking until USPS gets control of it stateside. But, usually that only takes a 7-10 days, but theres no telling how long any given vendor could take. I would like to see my tracking update any day now too….
My other order for e12r and rot66 say they are in Compton California for the last 4 days, but not picked up by the usps yet. So that is kind of reassuring.
I have still not received any word of shipment on either of my e07x’s though. No shipment notification or tracking number.
Yea, definitely you are right. I was just putting my order status out there, seeing if anyone else heard anything different. I guess I should have said that though.
I figured it will ship when it ships. The only thing I wonder about - it says on the sale page for E07x that only 120 pieces will ship in this “batch”, and the rest in July- is there anyway to know if our order was in the first 120? I mean I ordered my first e07x the day they hit the website, but my second I ordered 3-4 days later. I have no idea if mine made the first batch cutoff, or if there was a limit of units per body color or per emitter, or both.
Hi Dalamar, I got the same message. Below is the exact wording. I suspect it’s a cut and paste job to keep people happy, potentially because of a lack of English. I responded saying that I paid for DHL and please can I have a tracking number. No reply yet. Comms are disappointingly poor with this company, but others seem to suggest the product does appear eventually.

Im just curious, why you think you didn’t make the first batch? was it the date you ordered? I cant find any indication if many people are buying this light.
Got some Preorder info from a email from ff. Sort of.
it sounds like they took the orders, and once they hit 120 preorders that was their first batch, whatever amount of body colors/emitter combinations it was. I am kind of reading between the lines in there email, because They told me they are assembling them now. Which means there couldn’t have been a preassemled amount of colors and emitter options, which is good and seems to make sense.
Yea that’s why I said I sort of had some info. It’s doesn’t help much for who made cutoff, but helped with the question of most popular colors/emitter running out of stock first. Looks like that may not be a concern. All 120 preorders could’ve ordered navy blue and it seems like they would’ve all got filled. That’s all I was trying to convey I found out.
