I in no way meant for things to get this heated - but 1 of the reasons I enjoy this forum is because of the passion everyone here has - especially when it comes to safety and newbie instruction.
I left a link in another post about where to get GOOD cells out of used IBM and DELL packs. Stay away from “remanufactured new packs”, those will contain fakes, counterfeits and junk batteries. Every time I have bought certain USED IBM and DELL packs for ~$16 I was generously rewarded with some very kick butt cells. Every time, never even a dead or low cell, 3.6 was the lowest I have ever encountered. Just got to know what you are looking for.
