Flashing ATtiny firmware?

I have been looking into maybe building some TA drivers. My question is, what do you guys use to flash the firmware such as Narsil or Bistro to the ATtiny MCU, do you use an Arduino or some other method?

Well since I have gotten the hardware needed I’ve read it so it was fresh in my memory. Just don’t have the time to actually do it yet.
