Flashlight for an elderly friend--twisty might be too difficult...

I think the Olight I3 EOS would be great for my friend, but he’s lost feeling in his left hand, and his right isn’t so good.
Can anyone think of a comparable light that has a button instead of a twisty?
I’ve seen penlights that might work—but I think he was looking for something smaller and lighter.

Welcome to BLF Evi1joe. I don’t know what price range you are looking at but an Eagletac D25A Clicky would be a really nice light and runs on a single AA.

Hi,

Shining beam has the HypeTac P1A:

$22.75

And, FastTech has this:

$8.79

I would say something with a button near the head rather than tail switch, but I cant really recommend anything as I don’t have any single AAs like that.

Pelican 1910.

Thanks!
Yeah, he doesn’t have a lot of money—he was just impressed with my jetbeam bc10 and asked if I could get him a good 1xAAA light as well as a 1xCR123 light. He had a Romissen that he really liked, but lost it evidently (I don’t know how he could lose anything, since EVERYTHING seems to be tethered to him or his keys or his cane).

I’m just trying to find the most affordable/best value lights with newer emitters that I think he could use. He’s having a LOT of trouble with his health, his social security and other govt help, so it helps if I do the footwork and lifts his spirits getting new toys.

If he liked the Romisen there is a new Romisen RC-G2 X at ShiningBeam with a XP-G2

or a tank e08..

there is also a fake police clone of the tank e08 which is about 3$ it has to be the easiest light to click on ever .Just toss the carabiner and Voilà ...instant hit ..

Give him a real one ...and also a fake so he has another light handy

The BC 10 defiantly has an easy forward clicky
