Why is Convoy S2+ so fantastic ?

Hello Have today 501b and KD C8 with t6 led … I have read that many say Simon Convoy S2 is so fantastic , what is that is so good with this flashlight ? is so mutch better than a 10 usd 501b with t6 led ? How is it side-by-side of the 501b and C8 ? Is the light brigther ? Or is it just the size off S2+ thats is smaller ? If a buy one , with one scould a buy , 2,1 amp or 2,8 amp driver ? I like when there is a “round point” in the light stream and also some flood / spill
