Can someone explain to me in layman’s words why is one of these better than the other. SST40 vs XHP50.2
XHP 50.2: higher output, sightly less throw, higher current draw.
SST40: lower output, more throw, less current draw. Probably nicer tint in lower modes.
don’t forget the SST40 in the FT04 gets hotter too. If you want throw, it is not hard to outthrow either of these. If you want throw and lumens, gets the XHP50.2. watch @Flashaholics review.

Maybe use the web browser Tor?
If you have a VPN, use that.
Otherwise, Tor is free and pretty easy to use.
It does slow down your connection, however.

All the above, plus the 50.2 will get hotter than the SST-40 and it has a larger hot spot diameter, meaning it lights up a bigger area.
Why would you think this? The 50.2 draws much more power, it will heat up quicker.
