yea, its usually the customs department at both countries. things can get tied up badly there. That process has not changed, just BG changed how they share tracking with us. 3-4 months ago you used to be able to view tracking from BG’s CA warehouse to CA (or wherever it shipped form) customs @ airport. BG doesn’t share that Int’l tracking anymore. Maybe it costs extra for that tracking or maybe there shipping partners changed the way they share tracking. who knows, not a big deal, just makes for a nail biting wait. lol (not really).
