No doubt exaggerated like all or most of the posted lights. It’s probably more 8,000 lumens, no way it’s 11,000 lumens at turn on or at 30 seconds…
I have modified X65 MINI W/ 5 X XHP35 and it is 10,000 lumens at 30 seconds. This light only has four of them.
I got 10470lm (max. output) back in May 2021 test, it was about -4.8% lower from what manufacturer claimed.
True, value will be lower if it is tested in ANSI/NEMA FL-1 standard.
How did you get that number? Turn on? 30 seconds? What method did you use?
10470 it’s pretty good. But it’s got to drop quickly because of the size of the light (heat) and only one battery.

Peak value from cold with VapCell 30T 21700. I remembered few other BLF members got similar values. You need at least Samsung 30T class battery <7.5mΩ 35A.
Modern lights are capable of pulling high output but it won’t sustain without proper cooling and high-drain high-capacity batteries.
I didn’t get to finish the review because the Gen 1 batch had some other issues at that time.
