Yep Carclo 622 optic, the thermal management is the same, just quicker. I ran 24awg and removed the 20awg leads that was in it when I first built it, needed the room to run the LED board wires thru the lead hole and wasn’t about to open it up even more to do so. Lost a little output because of it. There is very little space in the driver bay stock any way… not even enough for a thermal cube…sliced in half…

So did you have to sand down the diameter of the 10622 from 24mm to 23mm? Or did it fit as-is?

Yep reduced optic to 23mm diameter, you also have to champher or reduce the hieght of the mid section (light engine) to fit/clear the bottom of the optic…so it seats fully into the board.

Edit reduced the diameter from 24mm to 23mm…
