Why am I being harassed with the same questions for two order I’m claiming against?
Why are my answers being discounted/ignored?
Why is one of those order not being instantly rectified, since it is insured?
Is 3+ months the usual time it takes to resolve complaints/claims?
How much longer will I have to wait to either get what I have paid for, or get a refund?
What is GearBest/EverBuying doing to improve customer service and prevent the current issues that are damaging the companies name?
Is GearBest/EverBuying even aware what we, the customers feel are issues with the company?

Got my new style Convoy L2 host yesterday. It is authentic. It shipped within the timeframe the item page said it would. It came with an xm-l2 and xpl centering ring. I’m liking IB shipping option, stuff gets here much faster for a resonable shipping fee.
Good battery prices but packaging blows. My six panasonic GAs were all bundled together in single ziplock bag then lightly wrapped then in shipping envelope.
YOU need to fix the packaging issues, luckly my batteries tested okay but still dinged up.
I ordered the laser last month along with several other items. It arrived with the head broken. This needs to be packed better than with just the thin bubble wrap.
