Only some came with the extension tube, I think it was a special offer. However, GB also sell the extension tube, and the price is very low.

Then Id rather get S15R, it comes with quality 14500 battery+charger, much better deal than bare S15 with its older switch design that supposedly is easier to active by accident ;)!

I just checked, there are more than adequate China sources. I can request them to stock up a few. Model is discontinued, purchasing team decided to drop this item due to unstable sources.
