Here’s the reply that I got from your CS
“As we empathize with your situation, after consulting with our supervisor, we can exceptionally offer you a partial refund 4 on your wallet (store credit) and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g. If your refund is USD 1=2 points, USD 3=3*2 points=>get 6 points etc).”
I am not interested in a partial refund and GB points!
What I want is a knife that is not defective, so please send a replacement.

There is a detente hole on the lock bar that is drilled a bit smaller than the detente ball.
Then the detente ball gets press fitted into the hole with usually half of the detente ball or so sticking out.
The half sticking out then fits into the hole on the blade when the knife is in the closed position.
That’s what hold the blade inside the handle when the knife is closed and prevents the blade from opening any time.
In this case, hole too wide -> detente at the bottom of the lock bar -> nothing sticks out -> noting holds the blade when the knife is closed -> blade can just open at any time when in the pocket -> cut
Also, this is a flipper, so it’s supposed to flip.
Without detente, it can’t.

There was nothing else in the package, I checked.
As for giving you a chance before posting in public, I did that.
I opened my ticket on March 31st, explained my problem and made it very clear that the knife was defective and I would only accept a replacement or full refund if the knife was not available.
I was asked to submit proof, which I did with the video and photos on April 1st.
The problem is that your CS is useless, it took them 2 weeks to respond to my ticket (after I sent them 3 or 4 reminders btw), and then said there was noting wrong with the knife and offered 50 points when it is clear that the knife is defective. That’s when I came here to see if you could help.
You don’t want thing like this to be posted in public, it’s simple, improve your CS and offer the correct solution in a timely manner instead of being snicky and try to get away with things like this. As a company, it is not worth it.
Anyway, posting here seemed to help as they agreed to ship a replacement.
I will post an update once I receive it.
