One month ago, Sept 19, I order an SKU that also has the “add to cart” button with the mention “Dispatch: Ships on Sept 20”, that means next day or day +1. Since one month, each time I opened this SKU’s webpage, the dispatch time is always for the next day. Today Oct 18, it says “Ships on Oct 19”.

Your money is going to be trapped in china in a forever loop, because GearBest will do nothing until you ask them to cancel the order. I didn’t cancel it yet to see (for a while) how long it will continue :smiling_imp:

Shipping products is not free for all countries. I think US has completely free shipping, like 0.0$ free while most european countries have to pay for shipping, even without tracking you have to pay at least 0.20$ while shipping option with tracking is, at least for me, 2+$ (usually 2.30-2,90:money_mouth_face:, so if something costs 12$ and they put it on flash sale for 9.99$ It still cost me ~12.50$ (without flash sale I would have to pay 14.50$…).
There is no workaround, its just what it is, free shipping is not actually free…

You can consider yourself lucky because you still can order batteries and battery packs from China with very good prices, maybe you noticed, there are many countries where, due to transportation limitations/regulations, batteries can not be shipped from China so we have to buy them locally with significantly higher prices
