A few of us BLF folks have purchased the product you advertise here. the status of this item is shown as “processing” even weeks after paying and, in some cases, Gearbest CS has pushed customers to cancel the order.
Is there a specific reason why a commodity purchase like batteries is not fulfilled? In all honesty, why go through all the trouble of creating a flash sale, posting links in an amazing community and letting customers go through the checkout process to realize that the goods are either not available or there are other issues we can’t understand?
Is there a chance you could offer us BLF customers a shipment with a replacement product at the same price?
