On a side note, what are these guys doing with their shipping?
I mean, I receive stuff from China all the time (Fasttech, Ebay, etc…) and sure it takes a while (1 to 1.5 months) but to have 7 orders not received in over 2 months is a bit much.
Are you using the free untracked shipping? 2+ months is usually really unlucky, but not uncommon.
I’ve taken to only ordering with tracking, upgraded, or expedited. Even just the tracking option seems to really improve shipping times (5-10 days vs 1 month+).

I did.
Unfortunately for your company, your products ship slow, customers get pissed off, and then you have your useless Customer support that likes to give the run around to customers, exchanging dozens of emails without any relevant purpose or information.
So I opened a ticket stating that I was currently waiting for 14 shipments from GB and that 7 of them are over 60 days from date of shipment.
That’s pretty alarming if you ask me.
Here’s the best response your great customer service can come up with:

Really? that’s the best you can come up with?
So of course, to keep the ticket open, I answer, but that doesn’t help in any case advance anything:
1) The address is correct and is the same as I’ve always had with Gearbest.
2) You can’t just go to the post office and ask if there is something for me! If there would be a tracking number yes but with no tracking, the Canadian post office will not help me.
3) Why would my neighbors sign a package for me? The package is not registered and therefore does not require signatures.
Like I said before, I’m usually patient when it comes to receive items from China but 7 PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED AFTER 2 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
I will wait until the end of the week, if nothing is received by then, I’ll open 7 paypal disputes.
I will also do the same for the remaining 7 orders if and as soon as they reach the 60 days mark.

Like I said, that’s why customers get even more irritated, because of the lack of customer service.
If I have 7 packages that haven’t showed up in over 2 months,
don’t go and ask me if my address is correct since these are not my first orders
don’t ask me to go to my post office with my tail in between my legs since I have absolutely no information on the package that they could help me with

Look at the 1st 4 orders: 2 months in a half! and that’s not counting the week or 2 that it took you to ship!
Like I said before, I’ll wait until the end of the week. If none of those show up, then I’ll have no choice but to open 7 paypal disputes.
I’ll also open another paypal dispute as soon as any of the other orders reaches 60 days
bdpf79 why are you whining about this in the thread?? didn’t CSgearbest just ask you to PM them?? If you don’t know how there is a send PM link under every users name.
If i see a new reply to this thread i am hoping for an interesting sales post or something about an ongoing sale, and not a bunch of post that should be directed directly to gearbest’s customer service.
