That software was released way back in 2012, and it's not free.
It was discontinued in 2012.
It's a pretty simple (and small) program, but it's the best poster making software for Windows (for my needs).
It's not a very user-friendly program, and it didn't work with Windows 7 very well at all, but it seems to work with Windows 10 just fine.
I also use (freeware) IrfanView a little, for image editing, to make these posters.
It doesn't take me that long to make these posters because I've done it so many times.
