That doesn’t sound awesome at all on two cells in series. This needs unprotected 26650’s which is risky with onboard charging. I can just see the complaints piling up of noobs running into safety problems with overcharging a cell

I found a short tube on Convoy flashlight Store in Ali Express. But it has the following description. So, not sure whether it can be used to shorten the L6 in order to use only one 26650 cell.

It can only be used IF you swap the driver
