Has anyone seen or heard from MEM?

What J-Dub74 says here goes for me too, except MEM and me did not cover buying of a light so I did not say I was not going to buy one.
Je was very detailed in explaining things, friendly. And for the sake of explaining not to sell things.
Also his threads show somebody deeply committed to the hobby
So I am really worried and truly hope it all will be sorted.

I can’t honestly say that I truly know MEM very well.
I’ve never tried to purchase anything from him and I definitely understand the people who have purchased and not received their items being upset.
That said, everything I have seen leads me to believe he is not the “scammer” type at all. He might take too long to meet a deadline but to me it seems that is out of a passion for perfection in his art.

Before he fell off the radar we had several ridiculously long PM exchanges where he went into such passionate detail about what he does that nobody would go to such lengths to describe such a unique take on what we (BLF) do simply to scam people. I made it very plain that I could not afford his work yet admired his unique approach and was curious to know more and he humored me with pages of extremely interesting, educational and friendly discussion on the topic.

I’m not trying to justify his lack of communication, but his circumstances have always been unique because of his work and I’m with Dale and a few others now in being genuinely concerned for MEM. It’s been over 2 months since he logged in and I’m worried but hoping he will be back soon…
