Having trouble programming a Convoy S2+

Just turn it on and then do rapid taps 20+ until it only activates in moonlight level, then release and it should enter config

The tapping has to be very very quick

Yes, that did it. So the instructions are wrong. It should say tap fast 20 times then it buzzes and you tap on the buzz and then it does the counting flashes.

I had issues programming an S2+ that I recently got.
Clicking like 20 times did the trick.

I understand the frustration .Glad you got it resolved I had the same problem with Convoy L21A.They said 20 clicks…I tried that dozens and dozens of times.I did 30 clicks and it worked.Looks like you need to add 10 to whatever the instructions say. If they put the.proper info in the instructions it would SAVE so much aggravation!!!
