I wish I knew the answer to your questions Garry. Maybe someone out there has some info.
Edit: I was in a rush when I wrote the above. Can’t add much more though. It’s a paste, not a glue. It looks like all the other thermal pastes I’ve tried (bright white paste). I’ve put it on say 20+ lights. None of them have had issues, but I generally don’t drive them past 3.5 amps per emitter.
